Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30, 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been engaged to Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. In 1941, when Richard Bruce Cheney was 13 years old He and his family relocated from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming in the state where his father worked for his position as the head of U.S. Department of Agriculture's regional conservation districts.
